Obituary of our democracy — is that what is happening in our United States of America? By the time Trump is out of office, whether it be by impeachment, or the end of his term, will we still be a democracy?
Trump promised to “drain the swamp.” Instead, the swamp has become filled with so much sludge we will never see bottom. The end of Scott Pruitt should be a cause to celebrate; however, Trump will fill the position with another just as bad.
To those Trump voters, beware, because at the end of his term there will most likely be no Social Security, no Medicare, no Medicaid, no SNAP program and no women’s rights. You, your children and grandchildren will not be able to breathe the air or drink the water. And by the way, how would you feel having your child ripped from your arms?
The economy and employment rate may be good right now, but these things actually started with President Obama, not Trump. The recent tariff policies may cause you to lose your job and affect your 401(k) and other retirement plans.
Be careful what you wish for, and who you vote for.
