The Daughters of Union Veterans of the Civil War 1861-1865 held its convention June 23 at the Fireside Inn in Waterville. National Vice President Sarah Myers was a special guest. Margaret Babineau was asked to be musician at the national convention in Atlanta, Georgia, in 2019. The Sons of the Daughters of Union Veterans of the Civil War attended part of the convention.
