LEWISTON — Mitch Thomas, executive director at The Dolard & Priscilla Gendron Franco Center, and Bert Dutil, popular bus trip leader, will lead a group on a Coast of Maine Day Trip on Friday, Aug. 10.
Lunch at Foster’s Clambakes in York Harbor will be the ultimate destination. Stops will be made at Reny’s in downtown Portland, Old Orchard Beach and the Ice Cream Shop in Scarborough.
There are seats still available on the bus. The public is invited to join the tour. This is a great trip for all ages and families are encouraged to attend.
The bus will leave the Franco Center at 8 a.m. and return by 6:30 p.m. Guests can gather as early as 7:30 a.m. in Heritage Hall.
The cost of the trip, which includes transportation and the noontime meal at Foster’s, is $72 per person. Taxes and all-day parking are included with each ticket.
