A float by Maine Line Products turns a corner near the town common as a float by Savage Auto passes behind it in the Molly Ockett Day parade in Bethel on Saturday. The theme was “50th Anniversary of Telstar & 250th Year of the Founding of Bethel.” The town of Newry won the float contest with its entry featuring Telstar High School students over the years from that town.
