GREENE — Victor H. Carney, 67, passed away peacefully Wednesday, July 25. He was born in Portage Lake on Nov. 9, 1950. He enjoyed watching NASCAR, hunting,and fishing. Mostly he enjoyed spending time with his family and friends.
He is survived by his wife of 44 years, Carmen Carney; his son, Victor Carney, and his significant other, Heather Ireland; his daughter, Amanda Meisner, and husband, Troy; his grandchildren Bruce, Marella, Jada, Riley and Cooper; brother, Thomas Carney, and sisters Diane Reiser, Linda Wood and husband, Wayne, Sylvia Tardif and husband, Adrien, brothers-in-law Maurice Robichaud and wife, Lucille, Michel Robichaud, sisters-in-law Irene Blais and husband, Louie, Doris Dove and husband, Dennis, and several good friends and beloved nieces and nephews.
Victor was predeceased by his parents, Victor and Nellie Carney, his sister-in-law, Cathy Carney, his brother-in-law, Richard Robichaud, and his nephew, Troy Carney.
