Annegret Baier will present her “West African Rhythms and Songs” from 6 to 7 p.m. on Monday, Aug. 6, in the Androscoggin Community Room at Auburn Public Library, 49 Spring St. Baier plays a wide variety of percussion instruments including djembe, conga, kpanlogo, kalimba, balaphone and more. Audiences are invited to participate in dancing, drumming, singing and hand clapping. All ages will enjoy this free interactive and educational presentation.
