LOCKE MILLS — The Locke Mills Union Church will have its Blueberry Festival from 7:30 to 11:30 a.m. Saturday, Aug. 4, at the Locke Mills Union Church.

There will be blueberry pancakes, pies, blueberries, sundaes, baked goods, trinkets and treasures.

SUMNER — The Congregational Church of East Sumner will serve a beanhole bean public supper at 5:30 p.m. Saturday, Aug. 4, at 50 Main St., Route 219.

The meal will cost $8 per person, $3 for those younger than 12, and free for those 5 and younger, and there will be a $22 family maximum cost. Proceeds will benefit the outreach missions of the church. 

The next beanhole bean public supper supper will be Saturday, Sept. 8.

WATERFORD — North Waterford Congregational Church will serve an all-you-can eat baked bean public supper from 5 to 6:30 p.m. Tuesday, Aug. 7, on Route 35.

OTISFIELD — The East Otisfield Free Baptist Church will hold its fifth annual lobster dinner on Saturday, Aug. 11, 231 Rayville Road. 

A total of 76 seats are available in two sittings, with the first at 4:30 p.m. and the second at 6 p.m.

Tickets, which are $20 each, will be sold on a first come, first serve basis and should be purchased in advance from the Rev. Genise Stern. Call 207-712-6605 for reservations. All proceeds will benefit multiple church projects.

OXFORD — The Rotary Club of Oxford Hills invites will host its 32nd annual Lobster & Steak Fest from 3 to 6 p.m. Saturday, Aug. 18, at Oxford Hills Comprehensive High School under the tents.
