AUBURN — The William J. Rogers American Legion Post 153, 71 South Main St., announces its events for August.
• Happy Hour Fridays, from 4 to 6 p.m.
• Music by Jerry Joe on Aug. 10 and 24 from 4:30 to 6:30 p.m.
• Music, dance and karaoke from 7 to 11 p.m. by DJ Jean Louis every Friday and Saturday in August.
• Breakfast Buffet from 8 to 10 a.m. Sunday, Aug. 5. Benefits Post-supported activities. $7 adults, $4 children younger than 10. 50/50 raffle.
• Post monthly meeting, 7 p.m. Wednesday, Aug. 15. Legion members are encouraged to attend. 50/50 raffle and attending members have a chance to win $100, $50 or $25.
• Volunteers needed for Post food booth at the 26th Annual Great Falls Balloon Festival, Aug. 17–19, Simard-Payne Memorial Park, Lewiston. Sign-up sheets are posted in the Legion.
