WAYNE — The Cary Memorial Library will host quilt connoisseur Bonnie Dwyer at a Trunk Show at 3 p.m. Wednesday, Aug. 8.

She will share her passion for and knowledge about quilts. She travels widely doing lectures, workshops, classes, consultations, repairs and appraisals. The show will include examples of quilts from mid-19th through mid-20th century. She will bring a minimum of 25 quilts from her collection that are representative of American quilting trends spanning 100 years. Participants are encouraged to bring quilts for discussion.
