I am a family medicine physician who lives in Turner. I support John Nutting for Maine House District 75 (Leeds, Turner and Livermore).
As a physician, I believe Nutting’s position that people are entitled to affordable health insurance makes him the best choice for my district. The people of Maine have voted to expand MaineCare, which would bring health coverage for an additional 70,000 hard-working Mainers. Nutting will work to ensure that MaineCare is expanded.
He also believes in local hospitals, and he understands that they continue to suffer financially when so many of their patients cannot pay their bills. As a result, cuts to the hospitals are made, jobs are lost and the local economy suffers as a result.
His position to get more insurance coverage to more Mainers benefits all residents.
John Nutting is the best choice for my neighbors, my patients and my family.
