LEWISTON — Police are following multiple leads in a shooting outside an apartment at 96 Elm St. on Sunday night, Lt. David St. Pierre said Monday.

No arrests had been made, he said.

Officers arrived at the apartment at 7:11 p.m. to find shell casings on the ground and a bullet hole in the front step. Witnesses reported hearing as many as seven gunshots, St. Pierre said.
