FARMINGTON — Partial voting results Tuesday night showed Democrat Pam Prodan ahead of Republican Quenten Clark Jr. in the race for Franklin County treasurer.
Prodan was leading 6,138 to 5,083.
Chesterville, Coplin Plantation, Farmington, Industry, Jay, New Sharon, Kingfield, Sandy River Plantation, Strong, Temple and Wilton reported results as of 1:05 a.m. on Wednesday.
Prodan, a former private practice lawyer from Wilton, has served as county treasurer for the past four years.
Clark of Farmington is a former school superintendent and teacher.
