STATEWIDE (WGME) — Maine’s next round of rain and some snow moves in overnight into Tuesday as a storm moves up the coast.
This storm looks to intensify over the coast of Maine, bringing a steady rain to southern Maine and the coast and more snow to the mountains and western Maine.

The rain and snow will come to an end Tuesday evening with colder air and windy conditions in the storm’s wake.
Wednesday will be bright, windy and cold with highs only in the 20s to low 30s.
It looks like a chilly Wednesday night with lows in the teens and single digits.
Thursday the sun returns but another storm is on the way for the end of the week.
This storm looks to bring some snow showers Thursday night into early Friday followed by rain on Friday. Stay tuned.
