The Woman’s Literary Union (WLU) of Androscoggin County will open its historic Foss Mansion at 19 Elm St. in Auburn for a Christmas Open House and Fair from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturday, Dec. 8. Admission is free. Santa will be there in the morning. For sale will be gift baskets, baked goods, holiday items, raffle tickets and a knit and stitch table. WLU members have decorated the mansion’s rooms on the first floor. The grand staircase is decorated for the holidays, offering an opportunity for Christmas photos.
