A crash on I-295 in Yarmouth caused long traffic delays Thursday morning.

The crash was reported in the southbound lanes near mile 17 in Yarmouth shortly after 7 a.m. Multiple vehicles were involved and two lanes were blocked, according to the Maine Turnpike Authority. There were significant delays even after the lanes reopened around 8 a.m.
