PORTLAND — “Love Loss and What I Wore” by Nora Ephron and Deliah Ephron is returning to Good Theater for 12 performances from Jan. 19-Feb. 9. This production was a huge hit last winter for Good Theater, the professional company in residence at the St. Lawrence Arts Center, 76 Congress St. “Love Loss and What I Wore” runs in and around Good Theater’s main stage production of “An Act of God” by David Javerbaum.
“Love Loss” is a very funny play about women, clothes and memory, covering all the important subjects — mothers, promo dresses, mothers, buying bras, mothers, hating purses and why women only wear black.
The cast features Kim Gordon, Cathy Counts, Kathleen Kimball, Casey Turner and Allison McCall. Guest stars will include Lee K. Paige, Meredith Lamothe and radio personalities Randi Kirshbaum and Eva Matteson from WCLZ and Coast 93.1, respectively. Other guest stars may be announced at a later date.
Last season the critics raved.
