WILTON — Two women were injured Friday morning when the vehicles they were driving collided at the intersection of Route 156 and Route 2 at 11:22 a.m.

A 2008 Ford Focus driven by Crystal Currier, 34, of Farmington, was coming to a stop on Route 156 but slid through the stop sign and collided with a 2010 Subaru Legacy driven by Dianna Broadway, 65, of East Dixfield. Broadway was coming down Burgess Hill on Route 2, officer Brian Lynch said.

A passenger in Broadway’s vehicle, Rebecca Sawyer, 51, of Jay, was not injured, he said.

Broadway and Currier were taken by a NorthStar EMS ambulance to Franklin Memorial Hospital in Farmington.

Traffic was rerouted.
