The Alex Roy Band will perform Friday at 8 p.m. at Mixers, 136 Sabattus Road, Sabattus. Roy is a singer/songwriter who was born and raised in Maine. He’s known for fronting Sparks The Rescue! The band plays rock, country and pop. Members are Adrian Bean, Matt Libby and Roy. On Saturday, The Shizzle, a themed dance party band, will perform ’80s and ’90s hip-hop 8 p.m. The performance includes costumes and DJ lighting. Band members are Raw Dogg, Soft Serv, K $ and Vandalicious. There is no cover charge either night.
