STATEWIDE (WGME) — Maine’s next weak weather maker will bring rain to the area on Friday.
A period of snow is possible at the onset with only light accumulations possible.
The mountains should experience 2-5″ where mostly all snow is expected.
Skies will clear in time for the start of the weekend.
Saturday will showcase mostly sunny skies and slightly warmer than normal temperatures.
The second half of the weekend will be quiet as well.
A weak area of low pressure may graze the area with some light snow early Monday. That does not look like a big storm.
Another storm could bring a round of snow on Wednesday. Stay tuned.
