There will be an artist conversation, “Active Surrender,” at 4:30 p.m. Thursday, Feb. 21, at Bowdoin College Museum of Art, 9400 College Station, Brunswick. Featured will be Jonathan Frederick Walz, director of Curatorial Affairs and curator of American Art, The Columbus Museum, Georgia, and artist linn meyers, halley k harrisburg ’90 and Michael Rosenfeld Artist-in-Residence, speaking with the museum’s co-director, Anne Collins Goodyear, about the nature of artistic and curatorial collaboration. A book signing of linn meyers’ works from 2004-2018 will follow, with books available for purchase. Pictured is linn meyers inside the exhibition “Let’s Get Lost and Listening Glass,” on display through Sept. 29. This event is free and open to the public.
