LEWISTON — The Lewiston Auburn Metropolitan Chamber of Commerce will hold its next HR Thursdays seminar from noon to 1:30 p.m. Thursday, Feb. 28, at the Chamber headquarters, 415 Lisbon St. The topic will be #MorningWalks: She made me do it. Presenter will be Mary Kozicki LaFontaine, regional director of Southern CareerCenters.
This presentation, guided by photography, will look at the relationship between personal health, mindfulness and engaged employees. Participants will gain specific strategies for personal and workplace health, as well as strategies to incorporate into their workplaces to build a more engaged and mindful work force.
Cost is $25 for chamber members, $50 for non-members. Central Maine Human Resource Association members may attend for free.
