FREEPORT —  Freeport Community Library, 10 Library Drive, has scheduled its children’s events for early March. All events will be held at the library.

Toddler Yoga — 10:30 to 11 a.m. Tuesday, March 5. This program is designed for toddler and preschool-aged children. Adult supervision required.

Cinderella Ballet — 6 to 7 p.m. Wednesday, March 6. Maine State ballerina and Cinderella Autumn Fairy Kalee Gallant will present moves from her upcoming show as she dances and twirls on stage in costume. Ages 4 and older, adult supervision required.

Survival Bracelets — 3:45 to 4:45 p.m. Tuesday, March 12. Using paracord, the same material that’s been used in parachutes since World War II, weave a survival bracelet. This item for any adventurer can be used in many situations in the wild, from marking a trail to fishing for dinner. Sign-up required; limited to 20. Ages 7 and older, adult supervision required.

Sign Language Story Time — 10:30 to 11 a.m. Tuesdays, March 5, April 2 and May 7. Experience story time two ways as Brandi joins Ali to sign along with the stories. Get the chance to learn a few signs seen during the story to sign along. Adult supervision required.
