Rep. Gina Melaragno, D-Auburn, and Rep. Bettyann Sheats, D-Auburn, welcomed the Rev. Stephen Carnahan to the State House on March 5. Carnahan delivered the opening prayer before the House of Representatives. He serves as pastor of High Street Congregational Church in Auburn.
