Sen. Russell Black, R-Franklin, invited Valerianne Hinkley of Farmington to the State House recently where she was read a legislative sentiment. Hinkley won the George Washington Honor Medal and Certificate in the “Your Community” category of the Freedoms Foundation National Awards for her anti-bullying advocacy.
