Staff at Montello Elementary School in Lewiston accept a $30,000 donation from Walmart Giving.
LEWISTON — Walmart Giving has donated $30,000 to Montello Elementary School.
Last November, local employees at the Walmart Transportation Office donated 400 hats, boots, mittens and other winter clothing after hearing the school was in need. When the corporate office heard about the donation and making a difference in the community, they contacted the local office and announced the $30,000 grant.
