On April 23, Steven McCann, 11, with Boy Scout Troop 130 and his dad, Steve, right, assisted Nick DiConzo in removing old flags from Veterans’ graves at the Wayside Cemetery in West Paris. DiConzo has been removing old flags on Veterans’ graves and replacing them with new ones at five cemeteries in West Paris for 17 years. The McCanns and DiConzo live in West Paris.
