Owen Estes helps his father, Deryk, unload bales of hay Saturday morning at the Murch farm on the East Oxford Road in Oxford, where the older Estes works. “It gets him away from the Xbox while earning money to buy a new game,” Deryk said before grabbing another bale. The property is owned by Dr. Lawrence Murch.  The barn in the background has hosted weddings, holiday celebrations and many special events — along with being part of a working farm.
