Local students graduate from the University of Utah

SALT LAKE CITY, Utah — The following area students graduated May 6 from the University of Utah during a virtual commencement ceremony. Alex Szendrei of Gray earned a Doctor of Philosophy, majoring in materials science and engineering. Eric Wilcox of New Gloucester received a Bachelor of Science degree in parks, recreation and tourism.
