By a vote of 469-234, the towns of Rumford, Mexico, Hartford, Buckfield, Roxbury, Hanover and Sumner approved the Regional School Unit 10 $29.94 million spending plan for 2021-22 during referendum voting on Tuesday. The district was also approved to spend funds on a study for a new pre-K through grade 8 elementary school, and adult education and for the Oxford Hills Technical School’s 2021-22 budget.

Voters across the ten towns in the Mt. Blue district approved the 2021-2022 budget set at $38.9 million with an additional $477,406 for adult education. They also approved two other articles regarding the school board’s ability to alter funding during the year.
