Karen Kidd
FARMINGTON — The Farmington Police Department selected Office Manager Karen E. Kidd as its 2020 Employee of the Year.
The annual award is given to any full-time employee who stands well above their peers in the performance of their duties and contributes to the mission of the department.
Kidd was recognized by interim Chief of Police Shane P. Cote for a positive attitude and maintaining high spirits in a challenging year. She was also commended for her dedication, professionalism and commitment that helped the department meet its mission statement, “to create a feeling of safety for the people within the Town of Farmington.”
