OXFORD — The Station House Community Center is continuing to schedule socially distanced, in-person classes into March.

The second ceramics class is scheduled for tonight starting at 5:30.

A number of activities are planned for National Kids Craft Day on Mar. 14: Easter house making between 1 – 2 p.m., making shamrock hats from 2 p.m. – 3  and planting spring seeds from 3 – 4 p.m. Classes will be held at the community center. Cost to participate is $5 and includes crafting materials and snack. Due to COVID-19 class size is limited to 10 kids.

The Snowman Contest will continue until Mar. 20, the first day of spring. Kids and adults alike are encouraged to submit pictures of their snowmen to [email protected]. Rec. Director Patty Hesse says that Pismo Beach and Ball Fields is a great place to build a snowman; she would like to see dozens across the landscape.
