Due to social distancing guidelines, our classes are capped at 6 participants. We encourage people to sign up in advance on our website or by calling the fitness center.

Vinyasa Flow Yoga:

Vinyasa Flow is our all-levels yoga class. The flow will include gentle sun salutations, balancing postures, twists, backbends, abdominal exercises, strength building as well as hip openers. This style of class incorporates moving with breath while encouraging students to flow at their own pace, modify and to rest when needed.

Power Yoga Class:

In our power yoga classes, expect to breathe, sweat, move, and be challenged every time. In this class we teach a unique style of faster paced Vinyasa Yoga that seamlessly synchronizes breath and movement to get your heart rate up and your body warm.
