WEST PARIS — The First Universalist Church will hold Sunday worship services at 9 a.m.

All are welcome, and the church is following safety practices of wearing masks and social distancing. The congregation is not singing during the hymns, but listens to the music of Tom Coolidge. Services are as follows:

April 4, “Renewal in Unsettled Times,” led by the Rev. Fayre Stephenson.

April 11, “Celebrating Earth Day,” led by members of the congregation.

April 18, “Jane Leade: Mystic Mother of Universalism,” led by the Rev. Fayre Stephenson.

April 25, “I Give Myself Very Good Advice,” led by guest speaker Maryli Tieman, who will share a humorous reflection of quarantining in place with some shared recipes for springing ahead with spirit. Tiemann is a member of the Unitarian Universalist Church of Brunswick. She is one of the founders of Brunswick’s Longfellow Days, a month-long celebration of poetry and the life of Henry Wadsworth Longfellow.
