PERU – Wanda King, 63, died Sunday, April 18, 2021, at her residence on Auburn Road in Peru with her loving family by her side.

She was born in Suffern, N.Y., on March 8, 1958. Wanda worked as a Certified Nursing Assistant at the Victorian Villa in Canton. While horses were her favorite, she loved all animals. She enjoyed horseback riding. She was fond of her dog Charger. She loved spending time with family and friends, and especially loved playing cards, shopping and gardening.

Wanda was married in New York in 1977 to Kenneth King who survives of Peru. Other survivors include two sons, Brandon and Travis King of Peru, mother Deborah Emery of Auburn, a brother Don Emery of Thailand and a sister Tamera Roberts of Carson City, Nevada. She was predeceased by a daughter Janice Marie King.
