I want to give a big shout-out to the city of Auburn for its cleanup week.

We live on a dead end street in East Auburn with 11 houses/camps/trailers on our street, so we have one common place where we put our trash for pick-up on Mondays.

With no cleanup last year, we had a lot of stuff (junk) piled up, as one could imagine. On Tuesday, May 4, here comes the city crew with three dump trucks and a loader.

Kudos go out to this crew. They made quick work of this massive pile of junk; I barely had time to get them cold bottled spring water.
