William Henry Glover

HICKORY GROVE, S.C. – William Henry Glover, 83, passed away peacefully at home Wednesday, May 19, 2021.

He was born Feb. 12, 1938, in Rumford, Maine, son of the late John E. and Regina Perry Glover. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his loving wife of 58 years, Lillian Marie Legere Glover; brothers, John and Jimmy; sisters, Christie and Fay.

Henry’s passion and pride was his family, his home and nature. As a whole, Henry will be missed here with us but take comfort that he is with his one true love in heaven, his wife, Lillian. The world lost a great man and heaven received an angel …

He leaves to cherish his memory, Lori Glover Murray and husband, Ronald of Orlando, Fla.; son, Mark Anthony Glover and wife, Noelle of Lake Wylie, S.C.; five grandchildren, Chad Glover, Shannah Glover Therrien, Ronald Murray, Diane Murray Ladd and Joyce Murray; seven great-grandchildren, Myles, Ella, Kaleb, Maxwell, Jackson, Ronald III, and Layla; three brothers, Peter Glover and wife Beverly, Jeff Glover and wife Janice, Duane Glover and wife Lucie; five sisters, Shirley Davis of Maine, Patricia Horne of Connecticut, Joan Glover, Elsie White of Maine and Lori Ricci and her husband Mike of New Hampshire; brother-in-laws; Wallace Legere of Maine, and Roland Legere and his wife Diane of Arizona; sister-in-law, Yvonne Legere Merrill and her husband, George of Florida, along with numerous nieces, nephews and close friends.
