Beatrice M. Page
AUBURN – Beatrice M. Page passed away on June 24, 2021 at Androscoggin Hospice House. She was born in Mechanic Falls on August 6, 1928 to Melvin and Rilla (Tripp) Frank. Beatrice lived most of her life in Poland and Mechanic Falls. She lived in Auburn over 20 years, working in shoe shops and taking care of her parents.
She married Burton Page Sr. in 1980, they spent their winters in Florida until he passed away in 1992. Beatrice liked working in her flower gardens, bowling, playing cards and playing golf.
Later, she and her companion, Frank Mottram Sr. bought a home together, and were together for 27 years.
Survivors are several nieces and nephews; stepchildren Dean Page, Gail Sharon Purington, Cheryl Teague and Edward Page; and sister, Margorie.
She was predeceased by a sister, Alberta, two brothers Melvin Addison Frank and Winslow Frank.
Family and friends may attend a graveside service on Wednesday, June 30 at 11 a.m. at Highland Cemetery in West Poland. Arrangements are under the care of Chandler Funeral Home and Cremation Service, 26 W. Dwinal St., Mechanic Falls. Online condolences may be shared with her family at http://www.chandlerfunerals.com
