Michael Scott Kimball
LEWISTON – Michael Scott Kimball, 71, passed away early Wednesday morning on June 23, 2021, due to complications from diabetes and pneumonia. He was born in Lewiston, July 25, 1949, one of four children born to Gardner and Hertha (Ridley) Kimball. He most recently resided in Auburn after having spent a lot of his life in Poland and Mechanic Falls. Michael was a kind man who loved to have Teddy, the family cat, so often sleeping on his lap. Among Michael’s favorite enjoyments were baking and cooking, electronics, watching sports, and talking politics. Michael was loving and devoted brother and friend who was always willing to lend a helping hand and who will be dearly missed.
He leaves behind his brother, Brian Kimball and his best friend and sister, Valerie Kimball, both of Auburn.
He was predeceased by his parents, Gardner and Hertha Kimball and a brother, David Kimball.

A graveside service will take place Thursday 10 a.m., at Gracelawn Memorial Park, 980 Turner St., Auburn. A service of The Fortin Group Funeral Home and Cremation Service, 217 Turner St. Auburn 783-8545.
