The West Virginia Watercolor Society accepted a painting titled “Frosty Morning” by Sandra Pealer from South Paris into its national juried art exhibition, Aqueous 2021. The exhibition will be held at the Stifel Fine Arts Center of Oglebay Institute in Wheeling, West Virginia, from July 15 to Sept. 9.
Forty-four paintings were accepted out of numerous submissions created in a water-based aqueous manner. Submissions came from nine states, Delaware, Kentucky, Maine, Maryland, Ohio, Pennsylvania, South Dakota, Virginia and West Virginia.
