WORCESTER, Mass. — Clark University awarded 490 bachelor’s degrees, 501 master’s degrees, and 10 doctorates, and conferred three honorary degrees in June during the university’s 117th commencement ceremonies.

Local graduates included:

Lily Pillsbury of Naples graduated with a Master of Science degree in communication.

Nicholas Andrew Mathieu of Topsham graduated magna cum laude with a Bachelor of Arts degree in chemistry.

Chase L. Collier of Lisbon graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree in economics.

Veronica Pelletier of Topsham graduated with a Master of Science degree in environmental science and policy.

Brittany H. Cloutier of Greene graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree in psychology.

Ashley T. Hebert of Oakland graduated magna cum laude with a Bachelor of Arts degree in psychology.

Zahara M. Shidad of Lewiston graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree in psychology and Asian studies.
