LEWISTON – John F. Hess, 80, of Lewiston, passed away on June 12, 2021 at the Central Maine Medical Center in Lewiston. He leaves behind his beloved wife of 58 years, Frances Hess. Together they raised a family and loved life.

Their son Eric Hess predeceased John at a very young age. He is survived by a wonderful son, Jon Curtis Hess and wife Bonnie, as well he is survived by his beautiful daughter, Shawn Hess Donovan and her husband Daniel.

Services will be held on Saturday, July 17, 2021 at the First Assembly of God Church, 70 Hogan Road, Lewiston. A visitation will be held at 11 a.m., followed by a funeral service at noon. Burial will follow at Mt. Auburn Cemetery in Auburn.
