Maine Event Comedy presents Detroit’s Jay Hunter at 7 p.m. Saturday, July 24, at Craft Brew Underground, at 34 Court St., in Auburn. The show also will feature Adam Hatch and Chris Justice.

Hunter joined the Navy to see the world. After returning to civilian life, he began sharing his unique perspective throughout the midwest and beyond. His energetic, organic style led to him opening for nationally touring comedians Mat Alano-Martin and Carlos “Spanky” Hayes from Nick Cannon’s Wild ’N Out. He’s performed at Hilarities in Cleveland and is a member of NewsFlash Writers Table of Grand Rapids, Michigan.

The show is for ages 21-plus.
