LEWISTON – Gerard J. Raymond, of Lewiston passed on Aug. 3, 2021, at an Auburn facility. He was born Oct. 1, 1924, to Gilbert and Dorumane Bosse Raymond. Gerard was a member of the U.S. Army 8th Armored Division and was a civil service employee at the Brunswick Naval Air Station. Survivors include his wife, H. Frances of 72 years, Diane Raymond of Portland, Don Raymond of Florida, Richard Raymond of Idaho and Bud Raymond of South Paris, eight grandchildren and five great-grandchildren. A visiting hour will be held on Friday, August 6 at Funeral Alternatives, 25 Tampa St., Lewiston from 9:30-10:30 a.m. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at Holy Cross Church, Lisbon St. Lewiston at 11 a.m. Followed by burial at St. Peter Cemetery, Switzerland Road, Lewiston.
