Donald F. Lafrance

AUBURN – On the morning of August 5, 2021 Donald passed away surrounded by family at Androscoggin Home and Hospice in Auburn, as a result of a long illness. Donald was 62 years old, born Dec. 10, 1958 in Lewiston.

Donald enjoy sports all throughout his life, golfing and hockey were his favorite. Donald was a painter for many years and a loving and caring father and grandfather “père”.

Donald was preceded by his parents Alfred and Roland LaFrance.

Donald leaves behind a son, Rocky Thurlow of Turner; a granddaughter, grandson; and ex-wife Catherine Thurlow.

Donald will be greatly missed. A memorial for Donald will be held at the Eagles club in Lewiston on Sunday Aug. 22, from 2 to 4 p.m.
