BETHEL — John and Lucy Carter of Bethel are pleased to announce the arrival of a daughter, Adelaide Jo Carter, born at Stephens Memorial Hospital at 8:50 p.m. on August 10, weighing 8 pounds and 8 ounces. Maternal grandparents are Todd and Gale Brown of Guildhall, Vermont. Paternal grandparents are Timothy and Jo-Ellen Carter of Bethel. Adelaide joins sister Ella, 2, and brothers Clark, 13, Jack, 12, and Will, 9.
