Stephen H. Baril

LISBON – Stephen H. Baril, 59, of Lisbon, passed away unexpectedly on August 13, 2021 in his home after many years of coping with a painful medical condition.

Steve was a longtime talented hand sewer in Southern Maine. Knapp shoe and Sebego were just two of the many employers he spent his time with for over 40 years.

Steve was predeceased by his mother Barbara Baril. He is survived by his soul mate Susan Cote of Lisbon; his father Larry Baril and wife Geogiana; as well as seven siblings and their spouses, Larry, Betty, Linda, Phil, Danny, Randy and Laurie. He is also survived by his three daughters, Sarah Baril of Lichfield, Stephanie Baril of Lewiston and Felicia Baril of Gorham; and three precious grandchildren, Kalib Ouellette, Quincy Morgan and Melody Mehnert.

Steve enjoyed spending time playing pool with his many friends, gardening, cooking and always making people laugh. He also very much loved his fur friends and can’t forget Jazzy and Bootsie.

Steve’s services will be at Gracelawn Cemetery in Auburn on Saturday, August 28, starting at 11 a.m., followed by his Celebration of Life. (Please contact family and close friends for more details on where that will be.) He will be extremely missed. We love you Steve, so very much.
