So, Rep. Laurel Libby was going to leave the state if a certain measure was passed. It passed and she stayed. Hmmm.

Now she says requiring masks and vaccinations “is war.”

As far as I’m concerned, she is declaring war on my daughter.

My daughter had a heart transplant and takes daily anti-rejection medicine to suppress her immune system. My daughter is one of many in that situation.

If intelligent people would just recognize the benefits of working together to tamp down this pandemic, the chance of another, more deadly variant occurring would be dramatically reduced. Instead, it was politicized and minimized by the previous president, and that politicization continues.

I just don’t understand the blase attitude toward the lives of others, especially from people trained to understand the science of medicine and the damage this pandemic has caused.

As far as I am concerned, Rep. Libby is declaring war on the most vulnerable among us for political gain and I am disgusted and repulsed by her attitude.
