The Auburn Public Library plans to offer a fall series of Virtual Slow Flow Yoga, led by instructor Tisha Bremner, from 4:30 to 5:30 p.m. Tuesdays, Sept. 7 to Oct. 26, online via Zoom.

This is a moderately challenging class where pose variations will be offered to help everyone find their unique level of success. Participants are asked to have a yoga mat, a yoga block or two, and wear comfortable clothes that will allow them to move well.
