The class of 1981 celebrated their 40 year reunion Aug 20-22. The weekend kicked off Friday night with dinner at the Country Club Inn. Saturday was a cookout hosted by Bill & Denise Mercier’s on beautiful dodge pond where $1,626.00 was raised at the auction for the Douglas White & Cody Collins Memorial Scholarship. Another $725.00 was collected in donations. There was even a wooden desk and chair from the old 5th grade classroom which was part of the auction items. The weekend wrapped up at Moose Alley Sunday for breakfast. The class of 1981 is known as the biggest class to go through Rangeley with 32 graduating seniors!
