AUBURN — Michelle Clements of Auburn was recently appointed as editor of the New England Water Works Association’s technical publication.

The Journal of the New England Water Works Association is the oldest water works publication in the U.S., with the first issue published in September of 1886. Clements is the public relations and communications manager for the Portland Water District.
